Presentation title – Profitable NCS Wells for Decades

Lill Harriet Brusdal has been with Equinor/Statoil/Hydro since 1997 and has for the last 18 years held various leadership positions within DPN. She has experience working with petroleum technology, safety and sustainability and offshore operations.

Lill Harriet Brusdal currently serves as VP Petech in DPN OTE. Lill Harriet received a Master of Science Petroleum Technology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, USA, in 1996.

She is married and lives in Bergen with her husband and son aged 9.

Presentation title – Increased well productivity through digitalization and technology implementation in Aker BP

Ole-Johan Molvig is the VP Subsurface Manager for Aker BP and has many years of experience in the oil & gas industry, mainly from Exxon Mobil, Statoil and Marathon Oil. Mr Molvig has a degree from the NTNU in Trondheim.

The inspiration for holding this Forum came from the North Sea Operators Well Productivity Network, a collaboration of Operator representatives established in 2015 and specialising in reservoir drilling and completion fluids, formation damage and general well productivity
